the scene is set
It's between the mid 60s and early 70s and you have just driven up a winding road surrounded by spacious green, leafy gardens and fragrant eucalyptus trees to Mama Cass' living room in the Laurel Canyon.
As you approach, you can hear some of the legendary musicians including Joni Mitchell, the Byrds, the Doors, Buffalo Springfield, the Mamas and Papas, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young; tuning their guitars, talking about peace and creating the music and magic that became known as the “Laurel Canyon sound”.
Then sit back and enjoy the powerhouse music from the band and voices of John Chiasson, Charlie Cooley, Stuart MacLean, Doris Mason, James Jackson and Sean Andrews as they perform the hits from those legendary singers and more from the Laurel Canyon scene.
